This comprises your first and last name, company name, email address, telephone number and other information you provide to us.
Processing of personal data must be based on a so-called “legal basis”. In our case this means that we:
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which that data is collected:
We only share your personal data with third parties if necessary to be your legal street fighter, i.e. to defend your interests. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to view, modify, delete and receive your personal data from us in digital format.- You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing. You can send a request to privacy@kaunsel.eu. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we may ask you for further identification. As soon as your request has been processed, the personal data you provided for identification purposes will be immediately deleted.
We do not intend to collect personal data about children under the age of 16. However, we cannot check the age of someone who, for example, completes the contact form. And then it may be the case that we unfortunately process personal data without the parental consent required in this case. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 16, please contact us at privacy@kaunsel.eu. We will then delete that personal data immediately.
No. We do not make decision on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people on the basis of automated processing, without a Kaunsel employee making the "final call."
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact privacy@kaunsel.eu.
